Each of the Accreditation Consulting Group’s (ACG) consultants is currently an active CARF surveyor. All ACG consultants have at least ten years of experience as a CARF surveyor. All have worked in the field for in leadership positions for CARF accredited organizations. In additions, all the consultants have conducted many CARF surveys internationally. This allows our consultants to have current knowledge of the standards and best practices. Additionally, our group monitors the performance of each consultant to ensure persons are of the highest caliber of experts in the field of accreditation.
It is our goal to be user friendly. We will provide you with the information you need to have a successful and helpful accreditation survey and/or services we provide. These additional services include: expert witness, appeals advice, strategic planning, interim executive replacement, executive search, board development or leadership training.
Our consultants will provide you with examples of policies, plans and reports to help you conceptualize how the standards can be met in a concise and efficient manner. We will walk you through the operations and process of the survey and help you understand why standards are in place. Furthermore, we will help you develop systems that are easy to comprehend and maintain that meet the CARF standards.
